Customers describe this garage as friendly, honest and well organised, with clear communication and helpful, no-pressure advice during MOTs and services. Many praise the competitive pricing, the willingness to fit people in at short notice, and staff going the extra mile to get cars back on time. A single reviewer mentioned a delay caused by an MOT system outage and a parts wait, though they still felt well looked after, so timing updates appear to be handled courteously.
