Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff, clear communication throughout bookings and repairs, and efficient turnaround times, with many long-standing customers highlighting fair pricing and honest advice as reasons they keep returning. A small number of reviewers mentioned minor hiccups, such as a delayed appointment without a courtesy call, an overlooked brake fluid change, or an unexpected investigation fee, though these appear to be isolated incidents rather than a pattern. Overall, the garage seems to build strong trust through reliability, value for money, and a welcoming customer experience.
