Dear Mr Sullivan, I’m getting in touch regarding your MOT appointment originally booked on 4th March for the 11th March. Unfortunately, your booking was made in error. We no longer carry out MOTs on non‑franchise vehicles, including Tesla models, and under our current policy we would not have been able to accept this appointment. Regrettably, the booking was not filtered out at the time and has since been cancelled by our system and team. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes, especially given the short notice. I appreciate how important it is to plan MOTs in advance, and I’m sorry that this situation has disrupted your arrangements.

Thank you for your feedback. Our MOTs follow strict Ministry of Transport guidelines, with safety as our top priority. Any faults noted were based on these standards, not added for extra work. Had the issues been rectified, we would have offered a free retest within the allowed timeframe. We understand different garages may interpret borderline items differently, but our duty is to ensure compliance and safety.
