"I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As with most services, there are costs involved—nothing is truly free. That said, we did offer for you to bring the vehicle back once the issue was resolved. Please keep in mind that a major service was carried out, which included replacing all your filters, completing a full set of safety checks, and addressing the lighting issue by replacing three bulbs—one position lamp and two registration lamps. You were informed about these replacements in advance and agreed to have them done—there was absolutely no pressure. In fact, as a courtesy, we chose not to charge you for the bulbs.
