The vast majority of customers are highly impressed with this mobile mechanic service, consistently praising the knowledgeable, friendly approach, transparent explanations of work carried out, use of genuine parts, and competitive pricing. The convenience of having work completed at home or at a customer's workplace is a recurring highlight, with many reviewers confirming they will return. A small number of reviewers reported instances of missed appointments and poor communication, which may benefit from more reliable scheduling and proactive updates to customers if plans change.
