Took my car for its MOT at 9am. Waited 3.5 hrs and heard nothing. I got in touch and was told a machine was down so my MOT couldn’t be completed until 3pm. Wasted all morning waiting around in Asda! I asked why hadn’t they let me know this. They said it was my fault for not letting them know I was waiting around for it! No apologies, nothing! Common decency to let the customer know if there are any problems/delays Would never use them again.
