The booking system was very good. The agent tex'd me the night before and asked what time would be best for me. On that he arrived spot on time. he was polite, listened to my car issue, and identified that it could not be resolved there and then. His name was lee. The car had gone back into limp mode days after a dpf clean. Lee found that the car was blowing and highlighted it under the bonnet. When I can I wont hesitate to ask you to come an repair that. All round excellent service.
