Very happy with the standard of my MOT but I really wasn’t happy to drop my car off at 9:30 and only get it back at 4pm. If I book a morning service for something as simple as an MOT I expect it back way sooner than 7 hours later. Unsure as to whether I’ll go back because of this

I booked the service through "BookMyGarage" and received confirmation by email for date and time. This was followed by txt message with a different date and time. I called garage to query and was told someone would call back. This didn't happen, but I then received another email with the following message "Unfortunately, due to your vehicle being a Tesla, your vehicle would need a manufacturing service. Our Vauxhall branch cannot provide a manufacturer service." Why are they on the website ???
