The staff are lovely. I had an MOT and Service yesterday. I got a call at 1PM and told I’d passed but I decided to refresh the coolant. They said they’d call back when completed but didn’t. I called repeatedly to check but no answer. I’ve lost a days wage today because I didn’t have time to arrange other transport. Called this morning and they said it was ready yesterday. A colleague said she left a message but I never received one. Drove away and engine light came on…

Booked a last minute MOT and service the day prior. As I was working early I rang up and asked if I could leave my car before opening which I could. Katie was very helpful in answering my questions. Day of the MOT the car failed on a couple of things, to which one employee (can’t remember name sorry!) said took the initiative (my phone was off at work) of ordering me a tyre in the size as they do not stock it, so it could be done same day. Top service and communication throughout! Thanks.
