I was let down by a well known provider of MOTs. Bristol Street Motors were able to deal with me at short notice (and were cheaper!) and could not have been more friendly or approachable. Even on the day when my lift was running late, Ian at the service desk made sure I had transport and even offered a lift. He (and Holly) are a credit to the team and made it a pleasant experience - thank you so much. I will come back there now for all servicing etc on my car. Great job - thank you.
