I booked a time slot for 11a.m in marsh barton and was stuck on the trading estate all day only to find that they didn't di the job until 4p.m in the afternoon only to be told that the service centre is closed all week so i would be left without a car only due to Joe who offered me a courtessy car i would of been stranded all weekend due to the incompetence of book my garage. I am not happy as this us the second time I have had problems with book my garage.

To clarify, BookMyGarage doesn’t carry out any of the work on the vehicles, and we don’t manage the garages’ scheduling or operations. However, as soon as we were made aware of your situation, we immediately fed this back to the garage so they had the opportunity to contact you directly and resolve things with you. We wanted to ensure you knew that nothing had gone wrong on the BookMyGarage side, but that your concerns were passed on promptly. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait all day and to think you might be without a car for the weekend.
