from start to finish the whole process was very easy, the service was carried out in good time. I dropped the car at 8am, using online check in, and electronic key drop at the dealership, and had a call before noon that it was finished and ready to collect. i asked for a couple of things to be looked at, one was cleared as Okay, and one requires a warranty replacement part which no doubt will be carried out without further issue.
