No one returned calls to give a collection time. Time eventually given was after garage closed. Went to collect to find car had failed MOT on a tyre, caller didn’t advise that so wasted trip to collect after waiting all day. Eventually sorted the next day but improved communication would have made the whole thing less stressful!
