This was my first time using Book My Garage and Vertu Stafford after being let down by my local Ford garage. The whole experience was very good and the price very competitive compared to my local Ford garages. After booking through the website I was contacted by Vertu Stafford directly, confirming my booking. I was also sent a check in text enabling me to use their self check in service when I got there. Tom rang me when the work was done and was very pleasant to deal with.
