Booked on-line for first time. Easy process. Used new self service booking in system, also easy process. Very happy with the communication about MOT and even more happy when told car ready on Saturday morning instead of the planned Monday. Happy days!

Please avoid this garage if you have another choice. I dropped my car at 8am; back at 4pm; car not ready after 8 hours plus pathetic mechanic; Therefore, don't even think to use this garage at least you have no other choice because is not worth it, just a waste of time and money. I am very disappointed about them and I don't recommend to anyone to use their service.
