“Lack of Attention to Detail”

I was disappointed with the recent service on my Grand C-Max. No inspection video was provided, and although I had clearly left the service book on the front passenger seat, it was not stamped. Additionally, I had booked a car wash and interior cleaning as part of the Full Service package, but this was not carried out. Overall, the attention to detail fell short of expectations.
