Booked this garage for my first service as car was still under Ford warranty. From start to finish the service was excellent. Completed within 3 hours, washed & vacuumed & the customer service advisor was very helpful & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this garage for a service at a competitive price & will be using again.

I brought my car in for a Service and MOT. I got a video later on highlighting my Wheels were fine and showing an already known problem from the last service i used Ford for. The video usually goes through the other checks they had done, not this time. No Wash or Vacuum was done at the end, I was told just bring it back in and mention a name. This place is half an hour away from me and I've no doubt if I did I'd be waiting around all day for to be done. Horrible customer service by Staff.
