disappointed with Citroen. We took a Citroen car to a Citroen garage expecting exceptional service that meets or exceeds other garages we have used that are not recommended by Citroen. Citroen promised to do a lot of complementary services for free including cleaning the car for free and they didn't do this. When I came to pick the car and pointed it, they offered to do it but it was too late as I had to get back to work. Furthermore Citroen incorrectly recorded false data on the MOT paperwork.

Thank you for the feedback. The service you had booked for on the platform was for a BMG service schedule unless the garage recommended a manufacturer service schedule and positioned this, on which you accepted. Within our service schedules the wash and vac is actually an additional charge on the platform, as is the loan vehicle. Which sometimes these items are included within a manufacturer service schedule. I hope this helps to position the difference in service offering. On the MOT paperwork this is something that needs to be taken up with the garage as a matter of urgency.
