I got a call from Dan who explained the issues that had been encountered but also how they planned to address them. The quote for repairs was delayed, but again, Dan gave me a call and explained this to me and that i would receive the quote within 24 hours. Really helpful and professional

We booked in for a mot The car failed We were initially told in order for it to pass We required 2 new tires.charged for 2 new ones. Paid an extra 12 pound for ones in stock.they said it should be ready that day. Got a call later to say they had made a mistake and the windows werent wiping and this was a major. Agreed to fix. They said it needed a new motor for 45 We agreed. They called back and said no that wasn't the issues it needed a new another part for £100. It's now 3 days later no car
Wouldn't recommend
