I phoned up on the morning of my service to discuss waiting times and they were really friendly and helpful. When I got to the garage a couple of hours later they explained that they didn’t have the filter that they needed and they might not be able to do it today. Once I explained that it was my only day off and the car is being sold next week they made some phone calls and managed to get the part in. Was a bit stressful but ok in the end

Very happy with the service I received they carried out my service quickly and efficiently with a follow up video explaining a few things that will need attention in the near future, I will certainly use them again
