Shocking service from start to finish.Quoted £39.99 for MOT but got charged over £52, then got quoted 3 different prices for rectification work which was only corrected after a heated conversation.Then had to wait all day and finally got charged twice for parts.Will not be using again!

All work completed eventually, but a lack of communication meant the repairs required were delayed and I didn't have my car back to use at the weekend. I was also informed they would work on my car on the weekend, but they are closed weekends. Honda do a video examination first thing and advise at an early stage so you can authorise work quickly. I had to call Bristol Street to find out my car required work.

Nice place, friendly reception and good job done but there is no waiting area for customers, this made me incur extra pounds to put mot on my car. Kindly provide waiting area for those who want to wait & get their vehicle.
