“Perfect service.”

The whole process from booking, confirmation, check in, work carried out and collection was perfect. Adrian, the service advisor was professional, friendly and efficient. The pricing was also competitive considering they are a main dealer. I cannot fault the service provided and would highly recommend Brindley Kia for any type of work on any make of vehicle.

“Never Again!”

Booked in for MOT and Service. The garage would not stamp the service book because it was through bookmygarage and not directly through Kia. Makes me wonder why they offer it through bookmygarage. Contacted bookmygarage and they said they would contact Kia and contact me back. Still yet to hear, even though bookmygarage said I should have got a stamp. Have never had this at any other garage, even when using bookmygarage. Very disappointing, make sure you check before you book.
