So, booked with Binley Woods Service centre (Foleshill) for a collection and return for a Saturday morning as my daughter had fractured her ankle and could drive her car. Email confirmed booking. No communication before hand. Rang & informed no collections on a Saturday as no drivers, and service centre was in Binley Woods not Foleshill as booked. Garage places blame on Book My Garage for that despite accepting job! Service and MoT completed no issues. Just very poor communication, in fact none!
