Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, welcoming staff, quick turnaround on MOTs and servicing, clear communication and fair prices, with several also valuing the willingness to fit in last-minute bookings and explain work honestly. A small number of reviewers mentioned that the lack of a drinks machine or complimentary coffee, limited parking at the front, and occasional updates could be improved. One reviewer's MOT was cancelled on the day due to staff illness, which was raised only once.
