The second time I have tried to use Book My Garage - a year apart for MOT and service. Both times Book my garage accepts and confirms the booking then when I check and call Baylis Chelt who tell me they are already fully booked. Best to call them direct, especially when it's something as important as renewing your MOT! This needs to be stopped it's been happening for over a year now.
