Customers overwhelmingly praise friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround on MOTs, services and airbag recalls, and clear communication, with the video health checks and free refreshments often singled out as welcome extras. A small number of reviewers felt that waiting times could be better matched to the estimates given, and that the booking process and online price quotes may benefit from being clearer. Occasional comments also mentioned the cleanliness of the car afterwards and unexpected charges, though these were far outweighed by the positive experiences.
