Customers overwhelmingly praise this garage for friendly, professional staff, clear and timely communication, and competitive pricing, with several reviewers valuing the health check video and progress updates. Many also describe the process as quick, convenient and good value compared with main dealers. A small number of reviewers mentioned slow turnaround on a simple job or confusion over what was included in a booking, so clearer expectations around timings and extras may benefit those customers.
