We’re disappointed to hear you wouldn’t recommend us, especially as the situation was outside of our control. At the time of your MOT, there were several faults – such as rear brake imbalance, bonnet not securing, headlight levelling issues, and corrosion – which required strip-downs or diagnostic time before we could provide an accurate quote. As your booking was for an MOT only, any further work or quotations would need to be rebooked, which is standard practice across garages unless they have spare capacity. We’re always happy to quote jobs properly when time allows, so it’s unfortunate we weren’t given the opportunity on this occasion. Thank you for choosing us. Have a nice Christmas.
