Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, professional staff, good communication, fair pricing and quick, efficient work, with the collect-and-return option and flexible last-minute availability also appreciated. A small number of reviewers felt scheduling and timekeeping could be tighter, noting delayed starts on booked MOTs or rescheduled appointments, and one mentioned a brake warning light appearing after a service. The entrance signage may also benefit from being clearer, though these points are occasional against a largely very positive picture.
