Customer Reviews
686 Reviews on GoogleI was very happy with the responsiveness of the staff and the efficiency. BookMyGarage hadn't actually informed Ancaster of my booking but I was able to show up in the morning on the same day and have the MOT done anyway. They've done a good check and pointed out a few things which I will need to address in the future.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, when your booking was made, we sent a booking confirmation email to the garage on 22/10/2026, followed by a booking reminder email on 25/10/2026. In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
I booked an appointment but ancaster never received it. I had no booking when I arrived. The price quoted for a full service bears no resemblance to ancaster prices. Ancaster were okay but book my garage is a total waste of time
Booked a collect and delivery service, they were punctual, professional and helpful when I called to confirm. Communication is really good, I could track progess online and pay by card when they brought back the vehicle.
