Customers consistently praise the friendly, knowledgeable staff and honest, transparent approach, with many highlighting clear communication throughout MOTs, servicing and repairs, plus nice touches like free hot drinks, courtesy cars and a camera-monitored waiting area. Trustworthiness and fair pricing come up time and again, with several long-term customers returning year after year and feeling confident they won't be overcharged. A small number of reviewers note the garage is slightly pricier than some local competitors, though this is generally felt to be justified by the quality and reliability of the service received.
