Hi Pawel, We’re sorry you feel disappointed with your experience. To clarify the situation, your vehicle failed the retest because there was still oil present underneath the car. During the later full MOT test, there was still evidence of an oil leak, although it was not considered excessive, which is why advisories were issued. We explained this to you at the time and advised that, although your mechanic had attempted repairs, the issue had not been fully resolved. We also invited you to return to the garage so we could show you the underside of the vehicle and explain the findings in person. Instead, your mechanic collected the vehicle on your behalf. All MOT decisions are made according to DVSA guidelines, and we must record any issues found during inspection, including advisories where appropriate. Kind regards, AMI GARAGE LTD
