Thank you for your review. We have checked our records and can confirm that the booking information was sent to the garage on 09/02/2026. In addition to email notifications, all garages also have access to a dedicated online portal designed to help them manage their bookings and lead times efficiently. Booked AM service/MOT online. Turn up evening before, not booked. Apparently booking through Book my Garage isn't a booking, the garage needs to email you. You didn't know this?! Anyway we can do MOT, ok great! - but - two headlights need fixing before. Yes sure we'll sort those first. MOT fails next day and needs (you guessed it) headlights. Yes, I know I told you that last night. No you didn't. Yes I did (he's behind you). Anyway come to collect at 2pm for my AM MOT and not ready. No apology.

Hi not happy with this review , when you booked your vehicle in through book my garage it does say you will get a response from the garage you booked with , it not contact that garage , when the car was dropped of no one was told about the headlamps , we only have three members of staff , and no one was told , we did the mot on the car and we also changed the bulbs so Alresford Motor Services
I visited Alresford Motor Services again this year for my MOT & Service. Quick, efficient service from Mike as always, everything explained and questions answered. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest local garage who are fairly priced and friendly ☺️
