It's my 3rd year doing my MOT and Full Service with All Fords, so that must say something. I'm happy there is good communication with the mechanics there so you know what to expect. Usually, this process takes time but it's always easier when you know what to expect. My car is running smoothly and I'm confident going out and about with it now that all checks are done.

Dropped car off and was greeted by a man called Cushman. He explained everything in a simple and easy to understand for me way. Car was in for a mot and after speaking to Cushman I realised my car was due its annual service. So at short notice (Saturday morning) he ordered the parts to service there and then and managed to get it all done by 4pm. I felt safe in the knowledge that my car was being looked after by people that knew what they were doing and were happy to help me.
