Customers consistently praise Alexanders for friendly, helpful staff, clear communication and honest, trustworthy service, with several noting jobs were completed efficiently and sometimes ahead of schedule. A small number felt prices were slightly higher than elsewhere, and one reviewer was surprised by an extra charge for a pollen filter that wasn't in the original online quote, so clearer upfront pricing on add-ons may help. Even so, most reviewers described good value and said they would happily return.
