Always use A&S, Friendly,Helpful and always explains things, Never goes ahead with work unless you have been consulted first.And keeps you updated throughout. Above all very reasonably priced compared to others.

very disappointed. tied this company . they picked up my car, in the past taken car in left it all day. over 40 years never had to wait so long to get my car back. from a mot, a service .they say friday if they have the parts9 days. been left with out my car. no bus where i live. only 2 new brake pipes. 2 wiper blades. a oil change. why they need my car that long. hade took it in a month early as well .the service was a good pize..the bill was £800. door lock £350. taken that of

Hello Mr Easterbrook, A&S are very sorry you are unhappy with the service we have provided. We were very much in the hands of the main dealer to price up the correct parts for the seized lock that you requested we look into whilst your car was with us. Unfortunately, this took longer than expected and time to make sure the correct parts were being quoted in order to provide a full fix with your door lock. In hindsight we could have provided you with an estimate for the repairs to get the vehicle through the MOT, then advised on costs for the lock replacement as and when this came through, also the option of a courtesy car. Your car is being worked on as we speak and we look to have this back with you as soon as it is finished. Kind regards Sarah Director
