I've lived locally for 14 years and have been to a different garage every year for a full service and MOT. As a woman, I've frequently felt patronised by mechanics. Ade, however, gave excellent customer service. He was warm & welcoming, he explained everything, and sent photos during the service. All for much cheaper than I could find elsewhere. This will be the first time I'm a repeat customer in East London since 2010... See you next year, Ade!
