Have been using for quite a few years now after manufactures warranty expired. Would not return if not satisfied. Keep seeing the same staff, which is also very reassuring. Trust them, give them a go.

I showed diligence in forwarding this quote to the garage for their agreement, which they agreed with. Then they charged me more quoting extra oil and wanted me to take it up with bookmygarage. I refused, had to argue that I could only pay what was the agreed quote. They also gave MOT advisory due to booster seat in the car which was not even fixed, nor did they ask me to remove it before! Nice try cutting down on your work, but I'm not impressed at all.

Thank you for the review. After our conversation in the office regarding the extra oil, we then kindly removed this from the total bill you payed (subtotal £4.80). It is also on the book my garage website that there might be extra charges for specialist oil and extra top-ups. This can only be known during the job which you had and was taken off your bill for free. Regarding the car seat MOT advisory, testers are not allowed to move a car seat from a car. It is not a failure but is listed as an advisory as directed by DVSA. Feel feel to pop down, we are happy to show you this from the DVSA inspection manual. We would advise upon booking a vehicle through a third-party website to please read the terms and conditions upon arrival. Kind regards

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your booking. If a vehicle does have special oil requirements this can involve a charge. I understand the garage did honour the original quote with you. I'm sorry you picked up an advisory for a child seat being present in the vehicle.

This garage become a rip off garage! we used to do MOT here back in the days, but nowadays they will just take advantage to try and rip you off. We ALL work hard for them money brothers !!! It's just NOT possible I bring the car, leave it with you for the whole day for 1h job and you charge me 3h AND on top you don't even do the WHOLE JOB, thinking you gonna get away with it just because I take the car late and nobody there to sort things out..now you want me to bring the car another day ?! GL !
