Reviews are mixed, with one customer praising a prompt, efficient brake fluid service that was completed within an hour and the interval reset. By contrast, a couple of customers reported that no one turned up for their booking, one with very little notice, which cost a day's wages, so appointment reliability and communication could be improved. Another reviewer mentioned a mix-up over changing a booking, which suggests scheduling clarity may benefit from some attention.
