Customers generally rated this garage as acceptable, with the work described as fine overall but marked by gaps in communication and thoroughness. A couple of reviewers noted that parts of the service were missed or recorded inaccurately, such as an unchanged fuel filter and an unchecked noise, and that arrival times and paperwork could be handled more clearly. These concerns were raised by only a small number of reviewers, so clearer confirmation of the work carried out and any customer requests may be all that is needed to improve the experience.
