AA Mobile Mechanics (Guildford)

Very disappointed despite having an email confirmation on the booked I waited for mechanic to arrive. Eventually, after half an hour, I contacted the given number only to be told they did not have my booking and therefore no one was coming out to assist with my issue. They did offer me another date in the week, but I explained to them this was not convenient

A good service until he tried to shut the bonnet (closed before he started). He couldn't; he lubricated it, manipulated it then tried to obtain a replacement to no avail. He left me with the car undriveable - with the part number and advice to buy it online (3 day wait) and fix it myself. Absolutely disgraceful - I was left stranded. Also failed to mention a major issue - found it on the emailed checklist later. The AA offered to fit the catch if I bought one as a 'Gesture of good will'. Rubbish

Brilliant mechanic, friendly helpful and professional. Offered some excellent advise
