Customers overwhelmingly praise the convenience of having their car serviced on their own drive, along with clear communication beforehand, punctual and courteous mechanics, tidy and efficient work, and competitive pricing compared with main dealers. A small number of reviewers felt the price was high for a basic oil change, and one mentioned that contact before the visit could have been better, so pricing transparency and pre-visit communication may benefit from attention.
