Both gentleman arrived at my house on time, and performed the full service on my 1 year car without any issue. They were both friendly and helpful. I really felt this was great value for money as the cost of having the service at home cost less than it would at a garage! There was no mess and I am very happy with the service.

Booked several days in advance but said they couldn't get the oil the day before the work was due. No communication after that. Let down

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our Service, Maintenance and Repair service through Book My Garage. We have investigated your comments and have spoken to our attending technician. Unfortunately, the oil that is required for your vehicle is not currently available within the UK and is only available in 205 litre containers which we are unable to carry on our vans. This is the reason why he couldn’t get the oil before the work was completed on your vehicle. We apologise for any inconvenience this may of caused, as a gesture of good will we will be happy to offer either a 50% refund or we can re-attend once we know that we are able to get the required oil. Please let us know how you would like to continue.
