Hi, booked my MOT through "Bookmygarage.com", I turned up at 08:30, garage was closed. I waited until 09:30 and still it wasn't open. I tried calling the numbers on the sign outside, mobile number wouldn't connect and the landline number just gave a constant engaged tone. So I gave up and left. Thankfully I found a proper garage and got my MOT done later that day.

Arrived at 9am. Book my garage web page said they were open from 8.30. Waited outside with several other people until 9.10am. Tried phoning but no reply. Left at that point. We were contacted late morning by someone who was unapologetic and said he had lost his keys. 👍
