Diagnostic Check in Plymouth

I have used Marshall Motors for years. They are honest and reliable, it is very difficult as a woman to find a garage to trust. I would recommend to anyone and have done.

Good price for the service. Happy with quality and good precision. Just forgot to inform me when the service was complete

A fantastic garage which gives an excellent and reliable service at very reasonable prices. Totally trustworthy in our experience.

Super service and communication, would recommend!

Been using this garage for 3+ years and everytime they have been friendly help and understanding i would recommend them all time

Excellent communication and Friendly staff member who carried out the mot on my wife's qashqai,Thank you 👍

Short notice service and MOT after being let down by another garage. HiQ were so helpful friendly and very professional. Kept me informed about everything. Finished on time, checked everything was completed. Good competitive prices. Would recommend highly.

I would definitely avoid this garage where possible unless you want to pay well over the odds for work carried out I had a MOT failure and was catching a flight two days later they managed to fit me in for basic repairs however the cost far exceed £1000 for what is basic stuff. I asked for a quote which I took to two independent garages and they were even shocked that I was charged that amount for the work. It was my first time and will be my last. Please read the negative reviews before booking

This was my very first visit to the garage and they instantly made me feel welcome and at ease, coffee and biscuits on tap while you wait. Lovely and clean and a great service! Will be coming back!

I booked for a full service. However was not provided a service report or checklist. I later called to confirm if a report can be provided and was told that no checks other than replacing the coolant, oil etc are performed. This should not be sold as a full service if these checks are not performed. Less than 2 weeks after my service I have had to go else where to have my whole radiator replaced as it was fully cracked. This was not picked up by this garage as they did not perform a full service

MOT and service carried out as planned, good communication and all work to a high standard.

All done and passed at the quoted price. However neither my invoice nor the MOT certificate showed any details like I have been given by other garages: tyre depth, CO percentage, coolant density etc. I have to assume the items quoted on your Full Service list were carried out.

The service and explanation of the work done was very good.

Booked for major service & MOT. Garage were clear with the work required and cost. Managed to have my car sorted and ready same day. Brilliant service will be returning.

Have used this garage twice over the last few weeks and have been impressed with the service they offer, both occasions I have found the staff there to be very helpful

Had my car mot. Failed on bulbs but the guys took my rear light clusters out fitted new bulbs. Mot and taking lights out and replacing bulbs all under £90 buzzing.

Good service and speedy repair time

Really helpful and good job done.

I would recommend this company with no hesitation. They were lovely and friendly, did a great job and it was so easy to book on line. They got back to me and confirm the appointment very quickly and I managed to get a MOT in a couple of days. great company

I rang up with a warning light. They got me in within the hour, diagnosed the fault and repaired it there and then. Less then 3hrs from my first call my car was fixed and back on the road. Genuine life savers.

Booking was easy work done quickly and was back on th road in an hour

Good value for money and great communication. Would certainly use them again.

Very easy to book with, got me in straight away. Provided a major service and advised of any issues but didn't try to up sell anything to me that I didn't need which was a breath of fresh air. Will return again for future repairs/issues.

My experience with Elite Automobile Repair has been excellent. The team diagnoses problems quickly and gets the work done efficiently and without any hassle. The staff and management are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service. Since coming to the UK, I have used several garages, but I have never experienced this level of satisfaction anywhere else. First time booking a car MOT here and the service was great. I was told the breakdown of costs and they were able to complete all repairs on the same day. Quick and friendly service - I highly recommend!

Had a great experience getting my car repaired here. The staff was very cooperative, and the quality of work was top-notch. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable compared to the market. Highly recommended!"

Really good service from these guys. Had my VW Caddy worked on and couldn’t be happier with the results. Professional, friendly and clearly know what they’re doing. Great attention to detail and kept me updated throughout. Definitely recommend giving them a shout, especially with them being a new local business. Will be back!

Great people with good service
