The booking online did NOT work. When I telephoned to confirm the booking, the Shaftesbury branch had no knowledge of it, so I had to re-book. There is something wrong somewhere with these inconsistencies. The garage itself in Shaftesbury is recommended - the online booking process is not!

Great service, friendly staff the only reason why I've gave 4 stars on the communication is because they said they'd ring to let me know when my car was ready but never did. When I tried to get contact it went to answer phone. Not a fan of when people when they don't keep to what they say. But other than that I have no issues with them and will go there for my MOT next year. Just need to work on the communication that's all.
