Checked in for a major service. Was informed of a rough time to collect the vehicle and was contacted just after this time. Was easy to drop off and collect. Very impressed and very reasonable pricing.
The people at ETB very kindly pointed me to another of their locations as Book My Garage had told me I was booked in but the Llanelli branch had not been asked and were full.

Having reviewed the booking, we can see that we did everything expected on our side and successfully passed your booking details to the garage as soon as the booking was submitted on 15 July at 8:02pm. Unfortunately, it appears that the garage did not open the booking notification email until after the appointment should have taken place, which is why the booking was missed at their end. We appreciate that this caused inconvenience, and we're pleased that the team at ETB were able to help by directing you to an alternative location. We will be raising this matter with the garage and investigating further to help prevent similar situations from happening again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
