Despite being one of the hottest days of the year AND they were 2 staff short, the appointment was not very delayed, they sorted my Air Con quickly and their custoemr service was excellent.
The online booking system didn’t seem to work as garage seemed unaware of our booking. It was okay…but not sure we’d bother again with a Pre MOT. Staff were friendly though.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the garage was made aware of your booking as soon as it was placed, via an email from us on 22nd December at 6:10 pm. We can see that this email was opened at 9:30 am the following day, which we presume was when they reopened for business. This is typically when we would expect them to contact you to confirm the specifics, such as the appointment time. Additionally, a further reminder was sent on 27th December. We’re therefore unsure why the garage has indicated they weren’t aware of your booking, but we will investigate this internally to ensure this does not happen again.
