Hi Lawrence. Thanks for the review. I'm sorry to hear you have battery trouble with the 1st car. We suspected the battery was low because the car had sat for a couple days before you collected it -the battery tested OK at the time. More than happy to carry out a free diagnostic on it for you to help understand what's wrong with it? I have checked the invoice for the 2nd car and the correct items were inspected and replaced in line with the full service schedule that you selected -not just an oil change.
