Had MOT FAILED ..Said there was multiple issues but took it to 2 different garages and they couldn’t see why I had all the reds and ambers for my MOT Mot passed with different garage ? Over priced and maybe because I was a women who knows . Never going back … Though the receptionist was lovely no issue with them . Just a profit making garage in my opinion.

We’re sorry you feel disappointed, our priority is always customer safety, alongside the DVSA MOT checks, we carry out more in-depth free inspections to give you a full picture of your cars condition as we believe in transparency. When we sent your report, we clearly noted which issue was the MOT failure, MOT advisories and any additional safety-related items that were recommended, for example, your brake fluid, the MOT is a visual check only, we physically tested the fluids condition and found the water content to be 4% and boiling point to be just 146°C (this should be less than 2% and above 180°C), this is unsafe as in an emergency you could experience brake failure, a standard MOT alone wouldn’t have found this safety issue, we stand by this approach as it keeps you and others safe.

We took our Mustang GT in for a full service and MOT and from start to finish we were extremely impressed! Full communication throughout via both calls and text based, fully explained quotes and billing and for the caliber in service and what was done to the kind of car we have we both found it very reasonably priced, even gave 2 options for the new tyres we needed if we wanted to budget more. Will only use this garage for our car in future
